You’ll act as the bridge between our product, engineering, and commercial teams—ensuring seamless delivery of technical solutions that meet client needs.Your success will be measured by how effectively you translate client requirements into scalable solutions, manage implementation timelines, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. You will play a critical role in setting clients up for long-term success, maximizing their value from Nuitée’s platform, and accelerating revenue realization.Key Responsibilities:Typically requires 5+ years in implementation, solutions consulting, or technical project management.Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for new clients, from requirements gathering to integration, testing, and go-live.Act as the primary point of contact for client implementation teams, managing timelines, expectations, and deliverables.Translate clients’ technical needs into scalable solutions using Nuitée’s APIs and platform capabilities.Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and resolve issues quickly.Provide technical guidance, best practices, and documentation to client teams throughout the integration process.Ensure clients achieve maximum value from Nuitée’s platform and transition smoothly to long-term
