We are looking for interns to act as the bridge between our AI-driven Go-to-Market engine and our customers. We are hiring Sales Development Representatives for Germany, Spain, France, Italy, UK, and The Netherlands in Barcelona. Our Story We are entrepreneurs at heart: Ambitious, down to earth and honest. Your Contribution: Drive Growth & New Business Currently, we are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) Intern to help us accelerate our expansion into the Dutch, UK, French, Spanish, US, and Italian markets. You will work closely with seasoned Directors, such as Peter and the founding team around Sevan. Your main missions will be: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through outbound activities (email, LinkedIn, cold calls). Outbound Sales Execution: Engage with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT managers, Office managers) to understand their needs and introduce Fleet's solutions. Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients through effective outreach. Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, optimize outreach strategies, and increase conversion rates. Market Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine Fleet's sales approach and inform business decisions. Your Profile Success in sales is 80% mindset and 20% tactics. However, successful SDRs at Fleet often have the following characteristics: You have a strong interest in sales and business development, ideally with prior experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, venture capital, or similar). You are driven by targets and love the challenge of engaging with new prospects. You have a hunter mindset, constantly looking for new opportunities and ways to grow the business. You are comfortable with cold outreach, including cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn messaging. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability and resilience are key. You are very fluent in English and full professional fluency in the respective language of the market you are applying to.
