Immersed in Barcelona’s world‑class craft visual arts and architecture this team brings the base for all the digital products we are currently building. They are the core of what we are doing and striving to do.Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborateWork with other members of the team to create top‑class user experiences on a variety of digital platforms and applications from our clients that are engaging useful and solution‑orientedDo user research customer feedback user testing and usability findings to tailor your designs to the user in order to best solve their problemsDevelop and prototype design solutions not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processesFacilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration. You discuss different options next steps and develop the design strategy togetherIdeal QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience designing at SaaS or consumer‑focused tech or media companiesYou know the ins and outs of the newest design tools (Sketch Figma Framer Invision etc.). But you also dont shy away from the older ones (Adobe Photoshop Illustrator After Effects etc.)Focus on pixel perfection. You sweat the details to ensure that you and the team deliver remarkable products on time and on budgetYour great communication skills help you to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design conceptsYou have a people‑focused design mentality.
