In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients who have shown interest in their services. Your primary goal will be to guide them through the company’s offerings and assist them in making informed decisions.Responsibilities Contacting leads generated from the company’s website.Providing information about services and answering any questions clients may have.Building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with clients.Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.Recording all client interactions and sales in the CRM system.Requirements Proven experience in telesales.Fluent in Dutch and English with Spanish being beneficial.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in using CRM software.A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Package On-Target Earnings (OTE): €50,000+ per year, including quarterly bonuses and monthly commissions.Possibility of hybrid - 3 days in the office or fully remote depending on experience and location.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm.
