You'll act as a trusted advisor, optimizing advertising strategies and driving measurable business results.This is a target-driven sales environment , where you'll work towards individual goals while being part of a high-performing international team.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise Dutch advertisers on the best Google Ads solutions to improve performance and ROIBuild strong relationships with clients and agency partners through a consultative approachOptimize and upsell Google Ads products based on client needsProactively communicate with customers via phone, video calls and emailConsistently achieve individual sales and performance targetsRequirementsBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experienceDutch language proficiency at C2 levelFluent English1+ year of experience in digital marketing (PPC / campaign optimization preferred)0–1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing rolesKnowledge of Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube or similar platformsStrong communication, presentation and analytical skillsTeam player with a passion for marketing, technology and continuous learningWhat We OfferFull-time position (39h/week, Monday–Friday)Permanent contractCompetitive salary: from €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 bonusHybrid working model in BarcelonaRelocation support for international candidates4 weeks of paid training on Google Ads and sales methodologiesOngoing coaching, certifications and clear career progressionReferral program (up to €2,000 per referral)International, dynamic and inclusive work environmentOffice located at World Trade Center Barcelona , right by the seaWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of the world’s largest provider of contact centre services , working on a globally recognized brand, with continuous learning opportunities and long-term career growth.Apply now and take your digital marketing career to the next level#J-18808-Ljbffr
