We are currently looking for a Distinguished Application & Product Architect to join our team.

1. Leadership Impact: Provide technology leadership and guidance for a talented technical architecture and engineering team, making a significant impact on a global scale.
2. Innovative Projects: Drive strategic initiatives that bring cutting-edge improvements to communication, collaboration, and security services.
3. End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the complete delivery of IT solutions, from planning to implementation to handover to steady state.
4. Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new methods, trends, and emerging technologies.
5. Collaborative Environment: Work closely with stakeholders to meet their needs and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and legislation.
6. Mentorship Opportunities: Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

1. A minimum of ten years of progressive information technology experience in a global matrixed environment, with at least three years in a lead engineering role.
2. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
3. Strong expertise in IT systems architecture and engineering.
4. Experience in leading complex projects requiring specialized technical knowledge.
5. Proven ability to make well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture issues.
6. Experience in coordinating with users to determine requirements and ensuring successful implementation and monitoring of system improvements.
7. Recent experience in defining and working within traditional waterfall, Agile, and/or Scrum DevOps environments.
8. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement emerging technologies to improve business processes.
