We encourage you to apply and meet the team to see what makes Clue special.What is the job about?The Embedded SW Engineer will be a specialist in the development of embedded software applications for the aerospace industry.What will you do?As part of a team of engineers, work on R&D projects within the aeronautical sector related to software technologies.Design and develop state-of-the-art requirements-based applications for avionic electronic equipment.Collaborate with software, hardware and systems engineers and internal and external development partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective and high-quality solutions for Clue products.What profile are we looking for?Required:At least 5 years of experience designing, developing and debugging C applications for embedded systems.Experience in GPOS (embedded Linux) or RTOS (e.g., VxWorks, PikeOS) across multiple hardware architectures (ARM, PowerPC, etc.).Knowledge of data interfaces and data buses (e.g., Ethernet, Serial).Valuable: Experience with U-Boot.Experience with communication protocols design & development.Experience with Embedded Linux (e.g., Yocto, Buildroot).Experience with the development of device drivers for any OS.Experience with unit testing.Experience with requirements management.Master Degree.What skills do we value?You are a role model for junior engineers, able to respond truthfully and make quick, reasoned decisions.Proactive attitude and autonomy.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Keen on researching state-of-the-art solutions and applying critical thinking.Natural organizational skills and willingness to learn.Team-oriented and open-minded to feedback from all levels.Commitment to quality and attention to detail; ability to balance optimization with on-time delivery.Accountability for your acts and decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What do we offer?Competitive salaryFull-time, permanent contractPrivate medical insurance25 flexible vacation daysSchedule flexibilityFree Friday afternoonsFlexibility to work from homePermanent internal and external trainingFree coffee and snacksHealthy lunch served daily at the officeWork with cutting-edge technologiesFriendly environment in Madrid or Malaga officesClue is committed to diversity and an inclusive work environment.
