After two years of remote growth across Europe, AJ Group has opened a brand-new office in Valencia – and we’re looking for ambitious individuals to grow with us.This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment or looking to transition into a new industry, within-person support, training, and clear progressionin a fast-growing, international recruitment business.What You’ll Be Doing You’ll join as aRecruitment Consultant , supporting and learning from experienced consultants in either: Life Sciences Pharma BioTechYour role will grow over time, but initially you’ll: Learn the recruitment process from end to end (we’ll train you) Source and speak with candidates across Europe Help build out client and candidate relationships Contribute to the growth of our brand-new Valencia hubWhat We’re Looking For Youdon’tneed years of experience in recruitment.
