The role We are seeking a finance professional to join our Finance Controlling team, combining strong financial expertise with advanced skills in process automation. This role is designed for someone who can deliver accurate controlling and M&A support, while also shaping smarter and more efficient ways of working through modern tools. By bridging financial insight with process excellence, you will directly contribute to better decision-making and operational agility. Key activities Execute core controlling responsibilities, including reporting, analysis, and month-end closing. Support M&A projects by structuring financial data, assisting with integration, and preparing high-quality decision materials. Design and maintain relational data models (e.g., Power Pivot) to enhance reporting consistency and scalability. Develop automation solutions and lightweight applications (Power Apps, Power Automate) to optimize recurring finance processes. Build dashboards and reports that transform complex financial data into actionable insights for management. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the controlling function. Your profile Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or transaction-related roles (M&A exposure is an advantage). Strong Excel and data modelling skills, with proven experience in relational models (Power Pivot or equivalent). Practical experience with automation tools (VBA, Power Apps, Power Automate, or other low-code platforms). Solid understanding of finance processes, with the ability to translate business needs into streamlined solutions. Strong analytical mindset, a structured working style, and excellent communication skills. The offer Fixed salary 45, ,000 Variable Pay: 10-15% Hybrid: Flex 3 days office 2 days home office Work schedulel: monday to thrusday 8:30 effective work (flex start time 8:00 - 9:30 and minimum 30 minutes lunch) and fridays 7 hours.
