To learn more please visit CONVATEC, S.L. buscamos un/a REPRESENTANTE DE VENTAS HOSPITALES para Cataluña y Baleares, que se responsabilice de la promoción de una parte de la cartera de productos de Advanced Wound Care enfocada específicamente en hospitales.Principales funcionesComo delegado/a comercial de hospitales en Cataluña y Baleares, estarás integrado/a dentro del equipo de ventas nacional de hospitales, reportando al gerente nacional de esta línea de negocio.Tu misión será implementar la estrategia comercial en el territorio así como diseñar planes de acción que optimicen los recursos a tu disposición, explotando el máximo potencial de la cartera de productos asignada.Cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas de su zona.Introducción y lanzamiento de nuevas tecnologías.Trabajo junto a clientes clave y líderes de opinión para desarrollar al máximo el potencial de la línea en su territorio.Cumplimiento de las visitas o contactos programados, dando las coberturas y frecuencias objetivo de su fichero de clientes.Asegurar el correcto cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos legales, comerciales y financieros de la compañía.Requisitos MínimosFormación en ciencias de la salud o similar.Experiencia de 5 años en ventas, preferiblemente en el sector Medical Devices hospitalario.Residencia en la provincia de Barcelona.Carnet de conducir B.Se valoraráExperiencia en gestión de concursos públicos.Disponibilidad para viajar.Nivel de inglés B2.CompetenciasGestión de la cartera de productos.Gestión de la cartera de clientes, orientación comercial.Habilidades comunicativas.Alta capacidad de negociación.Implicación, compromiso, dinamismo e iniciativa.Capacidad de análisis, planificación y organización.Se ofreceSalario competitivo.Incentivos por ventas.Coche de Compañía.Dispositivos tecnológicos: ordenador, móvil.Otras compensaciones.Incorporación inmediata.En Convatec, somos pioneros en soluciones médicas confiables para mejorar las vidas que impactamos.
