We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ServiceNow Implementation Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow assets, including SAM Pro Environments, Open iT integration, and client-specific ServiceNow instances.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure ServiceNow assets such as SAM Pro Environments and Open iT integration.
Maintain and support client-specific ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
Develop and customize ServiceNow store applications to meet specific business needs.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure system stability.
Stay updated with ServiceNow's best practices and industry trends to optimize implementations.

Required Qualifications:

Strong understanding of networking principles and IT infrastructure.
Strong knowledge in database management, including hands-on experience with SQL.
Experience in configuring and maintaining SAM Pro Environments.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer).
Experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly) and custom application development.
Previous experience in IT consulting or similar roles involving ServiceNow implementations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development and project management.
