Unleash your limitless potential in an electrifying environment that will transcend your career to new heightsKey Responsibilities Leads day-to-day Food and Beverage operations at the pool area, ensuring seamless guest service across sunbeds, cabanas and poolside dining spaces.Maintains a high-visibility presence during service periods, setting the tone for elevated hospitality and supporting the team in delivering a smooth and memorable guest experience.Oversees team scheduling, floor management and poolside service flow to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency throughout the day.Coordinates closely with the culinary and bar teams to guarantee timely preparation, consistent presentation and smooth delivery of all menu items.Maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety and hygiene across the entire pool area, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.Monitors guest feedback and addresses service recovery issues promptly and professionally, taking ownership of the guest experience.Implements and refines Standard Operating Procedures specific to poolside service, improving speed, coordination and quality of delivery.Tracks beverage and stock levels, manages orders and conducts regular inventory checks to minimise waste and avoid shortages.Supports the Food and Beverage Manager in meeting departmental budgets, identifying areas for efficiency and improvement.Trains new and returning team members on service standards, menu knowledge and product presentation.Collaborates with other departments including Events, Front Office and Housekeeping to support integrated operations and enhance the overall guest journey.The Team Pacha Family Members are playful, creative and audacious leaders.
