The mission of the organization is to deliver the best balance of service and inventory that delivers the company's revenue and cashflow objectives. Our Global Supply Planning team is an important part of Coty's business. Sitting within the Planning zone of the Supply Chain function the team are responsible for ensuring our products are made and delivered to the right distribution centers, on time and in full. This is achieved by delivering the best balance of service, inventory, cost and sustainability, that delivers the Company's revenue and cashflow objectives. The core of the supply planning organization sits in the Barcelona Planning Hub.  It  is currently responsible and accountable for the whole service and inventory of Coty revenue.  THE ROLE The DRP Market Manager The organization is currently looking to fill a DRP Market manager role in the  Barcelona Planning Hub. Main responsibilities are as follows: Lead the DRP Market team for one of the divisions Owner of the KPIs for the team. First point of contact for market escalations for your division Work in close collaboration with the supply planning teams to ensure Service, Cash, Cost and Sustainability targets are achieved. Weekly reporting to leadership. Maximize division service by ensuring availability and establishing a good collaboration with Global markets. Interface with Factory DRP, CSP and DRP NPD teams. Escalating for leadership support when required Lead Risk mitigation process with markets. Provide direction, coaching, feedback and recognition to the DRP Market team Lead, identify and rectify structural gaps in work processes in the DRP Market area. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Experienced planning manager with 1+ years experience at manager level. Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with stakeholders, and team members.  Set high standards, assume responsibility and accountability for successfully completing the tasks in hand. Impeccable ethics both professionally and personally. Effectively explore alternatives to reach the desired outcomes with the engagement of the team. Key requirements Proven hands-on experience in Planning across different roles/functions Experience managing and leading a team of 6+ people Deep technical knowledge of Coty's ERP and execution systems (SAP, JDA) Effective influencing skills to drive forward the organization Required skills Strong communication (Verbal and written) and presentation ability. Ability to work across different levels in the organization and across different teams to ensure everyone is updated on key timelines and/or decisions Organized, structured and able to deliver in context of pressure on timelines and with conflicting priorities Team player: ability to coordinate and to create interaction within and outside the team Adaptability: curious, dynamic, strive and be comfortable in a constantly changing environment Analytical mind: details oriented, high level of rigor and process and action orientation
