Our team of professionals assist our patients in the treatment process involving medical staff, nursing, psychology, social work, rehabilitation therapy and our community integration program. Salary Statement:  The salary for this position traditionally starts at $71,500.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience. A Day in the Life: Program Administration Support  Prioritize and organize the daily care of individuals to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.  Make care assignments and assist in creating treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical staff to meet individual needs.  Provide orientation and support to staff and to the unit to maintain continuity and quality of care.  Direct support staff to coordinate workflow and communicate problems to the Charge Nurse Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.  Complete required documentation of nursing notes,
