Votre Future Compagnie: Cette entreprise se distingue par sa mission d’intégrer des personnes en situation de handicap à chaque étape de sa chaîne de valeur, tout en proposant des solutions responsables, comme des paniers de fruits frais, des snacks équilibrés et du café livrés directement sur le lieu de travail. Actuellement présente dans plusieurs pays européens (Espagne, Portugal et France), elle s’apprête à s’étendre en Italie. Vos missions en tant qu'Assistant(e) Commercial(e): Assurer la gestion et le suivi des clients existants, en veillant à une relation client de qualité et au bon traitement des commandes. Effectuer les tâches administratives liées au support de l’équipe commerciale. Garantir un suivi efficace et réactif pour répondre aux besoins des clients.. Compétences requises : Français et Italien Une expérience préalable en administration ou en service client. Familiarité avec les outils de gestion de tickets ; la maîtrise de logiciels comme HubSpot ou Odoo serait un plus. À l’aise dans les échanges téléphoniques avec les clients. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale. Une attention particulière aux détails et une capacité à travailler avec rigueur. Pourquoi postuler?
