Date Posted: Country: Italy Location: Cassina Dè Pecchi (Milan) or Madrid (Spain) Position: Global Brand Manager Overview This role is a key contributor to our global Brand Center of Expertise (CoE), focusing on orchestrating brand communications internally and externally, aligned with the brand strategy and identity. Responsibilities Work with the Global Brand Senior Director to conduct brand research and report findings. Use research findings, performance metrics, and business goals to shape brand communication strategies. Advise communications and marketing peers on developing brand touchpoints across channels and campaigns. Lead brand experiences for customer events, tradeshows, and Otis facilities. Partner with the Global Brand Senior Director to design, produce, manage and evaluate brand advertising campaigns with channel owners, marketing CoEs and Operating Unit Communications teams. Oversee brand governance and develop guidelines for all Otis entities, including JVs and secondary brands. Own, regularly update and enhance the brand style guide. Provide and manage the brand hub for accessible brand assets, communicate monthly on new assets and performance metrics. Own and manage the branded assets review process to enforce consistent application of the brand style guide. Administer brand training. Qualifications 5‑8 years of experience in B2B brand communications, with storytelling and creative execution capabilities, and a track record of driving successful campaigns across multiple geographies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Robust project management skills and strong collaboration skills, capable of partnering cross‑functionally. Forward‑thinking, highly collaborative, analytical and creative. Ability to manage information from multiple sources to align and provide proactive, timely solutions. Ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, large global environment with many cross‑functional and multi‑cultural partners. Highly adaptable, able to respond quickly to new ideas, solutions and initiatives while managing ambiguity and multiple priorities. High degree of experience in Microsoft 365, including Digital Asset Management and SharePoint, and overall digital acumen. Good analytical skills for continuous improvement. Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian or French is a plus. Education Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or similar, preferably with brand management experience in B2B industry.
