MSR Lung CancerMedical Affairs Scientist / Medical Scientific Relations (MAS/MSR) function is responsible for creating scientific partnerships with local KOLs through a qualified approach that results in access and advocacy based on scientific evidence. The role is accountable for medical and scientific issues related to the therapeutic area and for developing and executing the country medical plan at local level.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and consolidate a network of relationships with KOLs and scientific institutions at the local level.Act as in-field medical expert and provide medical and scientific field intelligence.Plan and execute local medical scientific strategies and promote medical activities developed at the central level.Monitor competitor drugs and attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences.Lead medical-to-medical communications, disseminating scientific information to the community and preparing scientific talks and presentations.Ensure a strong medical and scientific presence in investigational sites and key scientific centers, providing leadership and support for research grants and studies.Collaborate closely with internal colleagues to support promotional activities, provide training for commercial teams, and contribute scientific input to cross‑functional plans.Track internal activities, field interactions, and M2M communications through periodic reports and ensure compliance with Pfizer policies and regulations.QualificationsDegree in Health Sciences.PhD and knowledge of lung cancer strongly desired.Upper level English proficiency.Minimum of 2 years as an MSL and research experience preferred.Background in epidemiology, oncology, immunology, clinical trials, or translational medicine.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Experience in medical writing and submission of peer‑review papers.Strong customer orientation and science‑based approach.Project management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.Team‑working spirit and ability to adopt new digital technologies.Working knowledge of regulatory affairs, drug safety, legal and compliance.Computer skills.Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license.Additional InformationFull‑time, regular position.European work permit required.No relocation package available.Please send CV and cover letter in English.Equal Employment OpportunityWe believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is crucial to building a successful business.
