Our flagship product, is an agentic AI copilot drastically scaling cyber assessments for enterprises and governments.We are growing and seeking an extremely talented software engineer to help us pioneer the future of cybersecurity.ResponsibilitiesHands-on engineering and testing of the product in various capacities.Develop and maintain advanced frontend components with exceptional delivery standards.Implement scalable and secure frontend solutions for both SaaS and on-premise platforms, following industry best practices and coding standards.Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and fields, remaining at the forefront of frontend development.Foundational understanding of AI/ML tools and frameworks, with the ability to integrate AI‑powered features into front‑end applications, including knowledge of model deployment, API integration, and real‑time inference workflows.Stay updated with the latest in AI and AI Agents. Provide relevant insights to the team and integrate innovations.Requirements4+ years of experience building user‑facing products and design systems.5+ years of experience in Python (ideally, but we can consider less experienced engineers, who learn very quickly and are ready to work in the startup environment).Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.Experience translating product ideas and design concepts into high‑quality code.Deep understanding of design patterns, usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.Ability to own UI/UX from concept to implementation.Experience with Generative AI Agents will be a huge plus, specifically:implementation of Generative AI Agents using Langchain / Haystack and othersimplementation of RAG using LlamaIndex and other Advanced RAG frameworksevaluation of AI Agent Performanceintegration of AI Agents into Existing SystemsNice To HaveMaster’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.Cybersecurity product background: worked on security‑focused software or platforms.Contributions to AI / CS/ Cybersecurity research, blogs, or whitepapers showcasing expertise.Experience in developing or contributing to open‑source developer tools or frameworks.Why Cracken?Real‑World Impact: Validated in nation‑state operations and supported by internal research.Team's Unique Motivation & Expertise: Ukrainian‑heavy international team with Ph.D.s, professors, and top‑tier industry veterans, driven by intrinsic passion forged through exposure to the hardships of war.Impeccable Timing & Positioning: At the cutting edge of AI, cybersecurity, and autonomous systems, Cracken is best positioned to win the race against adversaries.Ready to build what’s next in AI and cybersecurity?
