Senior Manual QA EngineerWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Manual QA Engineer with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum Master capabilities. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the quality and functionality of software products through meticulous manual testing while also facilitating Scrum processes and collaborating with the team to drive project success. We offer a hybrid work model with a mix of remote decoding and on-site work at EP纪委s Nicosia office.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts for functional testing पति3441Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and devise effective test strategiesIdentify, document and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring thorough defect resolutionConduct regression testing to verify that existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changesParticipate in code reviews, providing insights on testability and qualityEngage in UI/API testing, supporting and conducting tests as requiredManage tasks and track issues through sprint boards and ticketing systems, maintaining organized recordsFacilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and other Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth and efficient team operationsProactively remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress, escalating issues when necessaryPromote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and identify areas for optimizationSupport Product Owners in maintaining a well-organized product backlog and ensuring clear communication of product goalsRequirementsMinimum of 4 years of experience in software testingProficient in writing test cases and preparing detailed test reportsStrong skills in SQLCapable of understanding business requirements and actively engaging in the projectQuick learner with a proactive attitude towards challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with diverse teamsIn-depth understanding of Agile principles and practices, with substantial knowledge of ScrumFamiliarity with Agile metrics and their application in tracking team performance and identifying improvement opportunitiesEnglish fluency (at least B2+ level) is essentialNice to haveFamiliarity with CI/CD processesExperience with integration testing tools and testing of mobile-optimized web UIsBenefitsPrivate healthcare insuranceRegular performance assessmentsFamily friendly initiativesCorporate Programs including Employee Referral Program with rewardsLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much moreAll benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
