At EBRO SUV , we are looking to incorporate an HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function both strategically and operationally , supporting the company’s growth and acting as a direct business partner to the organization. The selected candidate will have decision-making authority , will lead a team, and will work in close collaboration with top management . HR Strategy Definition and monitoring of the HR budget Definition and tracking of HR KPIs Development of HR policies ( compensation, promotion, travel, company car , etc.) Performance & Development End-to-end management of the performance evaluation system Monitoring and follow-up of KPIs for all employees Analysis of KPI and performance evaluation results Payroll validation Visa processing Recruitment & Onboarding ~ Support in recruitment processes Training ~ Support in the definition and follow-up of the training plan Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources Experience as an HR Manager / HR Generalist Experience in the industrial sector Fluent English , both written and spoken
