Web Designer (UX/UI) Contract Duration: 6–12 months + extensions Location: Remote from Spain Language: Fluent in Spanish & English Hourly Rate: €25–€27 (Gross) 5+ years of experience as a Web Designer or UX/UI Designer. ~4+ years of experience in Figma (mandatory). ~ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. ~ Strong foundation in user-centered design , UX heuristics, and usability principles. ~ Experience delivering high-quality design for complex web/app interfaces (accessibility, scalability, responsiveness). ~ Strong design sense with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and usability. ~ Design high-quality UI assets and web interfaces Ensure usability, accessibility, scalability, and responsiveness across all digital design output. Recommend new UX/UI features, improvements, and best-practice enhancements. Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints through proper governance and adherence to design rules.
