REQUIRED TRAINING Intermediate or Higher Degree in LogisticsVocational training in mechanical, metallurgical, or logistics disciplines may also be considered and positively valuedAdditional training in inventory management, procurement, or ERP systems is a plus.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE3–5 years of experience in spare parts management, purchasing, or inventory control within the metallurgical or industrial sector.Proven track record in supplier management, demand planning, and stock optimization.Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.) and warehouse management tools.LANGUAGESSpanish level C1 in effective competence.Catalan level C1 in effective competition.English minimum level B2-C1.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEOrganizational and time management skills.Methodical and detail-oriented person.Communication, organization and planning skills.Teamwork and collaboration.Familiarity with modern storage practices and methods.Mastery of computer programs + Office suite, databases and inventory systems (assessable)Order and neatness at workResponsible, organized, dynamic and methodical person.Attention in personal treatmentTRAINING TO BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANYEpicor software and/or logistics management softwareWorkplace occupational risk prevention trainingJob Process TrainingMAIN FUNCTIONSSpare parts managementMonitoring, status and maintenance of references in the system.Buy/Sell Price and Profit Margin AnalysisTracking and control of processed and invoiced customer ordersReception, storage and processing of warehouse products (picking, unloading, labelling, storing parcels, machinery, etc...)Perform inventory controls, orders, and maintain a high level of quality for auditsCheck the stock level, complete daily records, and perform goods procurementDelivery note managementCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workersPlacing orders with suppliersBudget PreparationWarranty management with internal and external suppliersSupply parts and spare parts to workshop
