Due to continuous growth, our People & Culture Team is excited to welcome a motivated Payroll & HR Compliance Specialist to ensure full compliance with labor regulations and internal policies while managing payroll processes with precision and confidentiality. As a Payroll & HR Compliance Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring legal, ethical, and procedural integrity across our HR operations. Working closely with Finance, Legal, and external advisors, you'll manage payroll, maintain compliance frameworks, and contribute to a positive and transparent employee experience. If you're passionate about accuracy, legal compliance, and continuous process improvement, this is the perfect role for you Equality, Diversity & Regulatory Compliance Review and track compliance with the Sexual Harassment Prevention Protocol. Launch and monitor the LGTBI Plan and Protocol, including the coordination of relevant training sessions. Update the Collective Bargaining Agreement and internal regulations to align with current labor laws and compliance principles. Oversee compliance with the Spanish General Disability Law (LGD). Coordinate with external legal advisors on matters related to immigration and expatriation. Regularly review legal updates relevant to labor law and ensure internal compliance.
