We are looking for someone who is passionate about cycling, enjoys close and personal customer interaction, and wants to be an active part of a community. Someone who not only works in the workshop and sells products, but who also connects with people and helps more cyclists join the Phoenix Squad movement. What do we offer? The chance to be an active part of a real cycling community. Responsibilities Receiving merchandise, labeling, digitizing, and updating stock. Bicycle repairs and after-sales service. Order management and internal communication (using Notion and Drive). Customer service and follow-up. Support for events and community activities (possibility of joining rides or events). Requirements Passion for cycling (road or gravel, ideally). Knowledge of bicycle mechanics. Experience in customer service or local retail. Proactive, solution-oriented attitude. Good communication skills and professional presence. Ability to organize, restock, and take care of the shop space. Experience with digital tools.
