Overview Creative Strategist - EdTech (French fluent ) at Paradox EN. This is a full-time role, remote or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency is required. Our chosen language for written communication is English.We are seeking a Brand & Content Creative Strategist who can transform a Personal Brand ecosystem into a global Company Brand, challenge the status quo of the self-help/education industry, and lead the Content Factory with creative authority. You will bridge David Laroche’s personal influence and Paradox’s institutional power, orchestrating a dual-brand strategy that scales a personal brand while building a standalone company brand that outlasts its founder.Key identity: a Brand Architect, a Creative Disruptor who avoids best practices, and a Doer with Taste who scripts, drives, and ships concepts. This role is full-time, with remote options and potential in-office collaboration.Responsibilities Architect the dual-brand strategy: scale David Laroche’s personal brand while reinforcing Paradox’s company brand without cannibalization.Propose radical formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that differentiate from typical self-help content.Define distinct editorial lines for each platform: YouTube (Depth & Search), Instagram (Aesthetic & Vibe), LinkedIn (Authority & Authenticity).Take end-to-end ownership of production: write hooks, storyboard narratives, and ensure final output aligns with vision.Assemble and onboard necessary talent (motion designers, drone operators, subject-m-matter experts) to realize concepts.Direct on-set execution with the talent, ensuring scripts, set, and direction meet Paradox standards.Lead the internal content team (Factory Manager, Video Editors, Graphic Designers) by setting tempo, culture, and standards of excellence.Provide high-level artistic direction and act as final quality check; ensure published content meets Paradox aesthetics and storytelling standards.Collaborate with Growth to produce assets designed to convert in ads and analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate and scale what works.Qualifications Proven Content Builder: experience growing a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (e.g., 100k+ followers or millions of views).Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and delivering high-quality video output.Elite Scripting Skills: able to provide scripts that perform, with strong hooks and long-form engagement (20+ minutes).Performance Fluency: experience where content drives business results (ads, launches, conversions).Language: French native/bilingual; English fluent for collaboration; English is the primary written language.Personality & Working Style Taste-driven with intolerance to mediocrity; careful about details like typography, editing, and headlines.Psychology-oriented: understands why people click, share, and engage.Doer with authority: can jump into projects, write scripts, direct shoots, and fix edits as needed.No ego, just impact: data-driven, pivots quickly when concepts underperform.Benefits & Culture Autonomy with accountability; flexible working hours; remote culture from day one; offices in Dubai, Paris, Lisbon.Mac workstations; wellness and education stipends; coaching support; opportunities to contribute to the Paradox Foundation.How to Apply If this description resonates, click on Apply for this position and complete a short questionnaire (7–8 minutes) and attach your CV.
