Our purpose, “Celebrating local flavours,” is to empower and take care of each of the local communities we belong to and bring out their authentic flavours.Today, with a turnover of around €1.4 billion and a team of around 3,600 people, we are the preferred choice of millions of consumers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute manufacturing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives across the different production plants around Europe.Direct manufacturing and production activities to achieve corporate objectives.Implement best practices, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence to achieve strategic business objectives.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability.Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and practices.Work closely with various departments, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems such as ISO certifications.Leverage technological advancements and data analytics to drive operational improvements.Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or efficiency.RequirementsA bachelor’s degree in Engineering studies (Industrial, Chemical, Food Industry, or similar).English level C1.Proven experience in a senior manufacturing management role in an international multisite environment.Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives.At least 3 years of experience working in an operational excellence environment or a related role.Demonstrated expertise in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management systems.Proven ability to leverage manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.Monitored and reported on key performance metrics, driving data‑driven decision‑making.What do we expect from you?Our values define us, and we expect you to show Authenticity, Proximity, Ownership, and Joy to create true GBhoodWhat can you expect from us?This is a great opportunity to join a big team in a multicultural and modern environment.
