Plants General Manager – Multi-Plants - AutomotiveFlexible location: can be Vigo Region, Spain with mobility between the sites not far awayGlobal Automotive & Industrial Tier-1 GroupAs part of the reinforcement of its European industrial organization, a global automotive and industrial Tier-1 group, with operations on all continents, is looking for a Plant General Manager – Multi-Plants to lead several manufacturing sites based in the Vigo region.This role is a key leadership position, combining operational excellence, people leadership and contribution to profitable growth in a demanding international automotive environment.Responsibilities Reporting to Group / Regional Management, you will have full responsibility for the overall performance of several manufacturing sites:Full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, costs and productivityLeadership of complete plant management teams (production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, finance, HR)Deployment of Group industrial strategy and operational excellence standardsLeadership of industrial performance improvement and transformation initiativesStrong interface with Group functions and OEM customersActive contribution to growth projects, new product launches and industrial ramp-upsEnsuring robust economic performance and profitable growth through disciplined executionProfile We are looking for a senior industrial leader with a strong automotive / industrial background and a proven track record in managing complex operations .. can be Plastics, Metal, Mechatronics, ... with AssemblyExperience - Around 10 years of experience in plant or industrial management roles¿Le gusta esta oportunidad?
