Es una plaza temporal por cubrimiento de baja IT. Ubicación: Hospitalet de Llobregat Las principales funciones a desarrollar por la persona que se incorpore son las siguientes: Atención al cliente externo e interno (correo y atención telefónica) Gestión administrativa del personal técnico: Apertura de avisos, Suministro recambios, Solicitud Pedido a proveedor, Compras no Stock, Cierre, facturación de avisos y gestión de incidencias. Soporte Administrativo Soporte logístico: Gestión de retiradas de equipos, gestión envíos. Estamos buscando a una persona preferentemente con experiencia previa de 1 - 2 años en posiciones similares. También se valorará que tenga experiencia en el manejo de SAP y Excel, y un nivel medio de inglés. En cuanto al perfil, nos gustaría encontrar a una persona organizada, orientada al detalle, con actitud proactiva y buen miembro de equipo, con una clara orientación al servicio y a la calidad.
