We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution in the fast‑paced world of system ticketing distribution. As Head of Product you will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from defining the long‑term vision to delivering innovative solutions that delight our customers (event organizers) and drive business growth. Own the product roadmap, balancing short‑term priorities with long‑term innovation. Partner closely with senior leaders, especially engineering and business, to define the long‑term product vision and ensure alignment across the company. Leverage data, user research, and market insights to drive product decisions and continuously improve the ticket purchase and event management experience. Foster a strong culture of data‑driven decision making while overseeing A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion funnels, checkout flow, and event discovery. Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to ensure seamless go‑to‑market strategies and successful feature adoption. prioritize features and enhancements with a balance of user experience and commercial value. 8 years of product management experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles (Head of Product / Product Lead / CPD). ~ Proven track record building and scaling consumer‑facing digital platforms; Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, agile development, and data‑driven decision‑making. ~ GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, A/B testing platforms). ~ Shape the future of live events and ticketing technology in a high‑growth global environment.
