About the Job As our Retail Recruiter , you’ll play a key role in shaping our talent strategy across Iberia, while supporting diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) programmes and training initiatives. Working as part of the local HR team, you’ll deliver high-quality, timely recruitment services that align with our business needs—ensuring the right person is matched to the right role at the right time. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, champion inclusive hiring practices, and collaborate closely with HR and employee representatives to ensure recruitment activities are aligned with local labour practices and frameworks. Responsible for recruitment processes for Retail store positions as well as corporate interns and contractors, which encompasses line manager briefings, defining a targeted search strategy, and strategic onboarding Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience through a high-quality recruitment process focused on feedback and communication Driving diversity in our slates and compliance in our hiring practices while acting as a strategic advisor to the business Workday user and support: create Requisitions and follow up with the stores. Post the requisition in recruitment channels. Daily Store Support (employee job changes or absences, hiring processes, cleaning data, employee info corrections, ensure SM permits and updated organigramme), ensure accuracy and verified information for WorkDay Audits...) Review the hiring documentation, labour contract ensuring accuracy. Follow the specific hiring process of our main customer Closely partner with our business managers and HR partners to identify and assess the future skills and competencies to lead our organization forward. Invoicing process DE&I and Equality plan in Spain: legal requirement to follow LGD (Law to hire people with disabilities) and work on a plan to ensure with a legally compliance Manage the language training program: annual registrations and follow-up with the provider Community Day organisation  About You Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Management, HR, Communications). Fluent in Spanish and English. Minimum of 2 years in Talent Acquisition partnering with key stakeholders and used to a high volume of recruitment processes.
