Your responsibilitie s: Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share in the region Build strategic relationships with engineers, distributors, installers, and consultants. Deliver technical presentations at international conferences and events. Monitor construction sites and ensure proper installation according to guidelines. Collaborate with the international team to achieve commercial objectives. Profile: Degree in Engineering (Civil or Geotechnical) or equivalent experience Spanish & English advanced (French is a plus). +5 years of experience in technical product sales (geosynthetics or construction materials). Willingness to travel internationally (≈35%). Proactive, autonomous, customer-oriented, with strong commercial skills. Tus responsabilidades: Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de ventas para aumentar la cuota de mercado en la región. Construir relaciones estratégicas con ingenieros, distribuidores, instaladores y consultores. Realizar presentaciones técnicas en conferencias y eventos internacionales. Supervisar obras y garantizar la correcta instalación según lasdirectrices. Colaborar con el equipo internacional para alcanzar los objetivos comerc iales. Perfil: Titulación en Ingeniería (Civil o Geotécnica) o experiencia equivalente. Español e Inglés avanzado (el francésserá un plus). +5 años de experiencia en ventas de productos técnicos (geosintéticos o materiales de construcción).Disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente (≈35%). Proactivo, autónomo, orientado al cliente, con fuertes habilidades comerciales.
