We are looking for a Mid‑level Project Engineer in our office in Barcelona, Spain.Project PhasesStrategic Consulting: project master planning, conceptual engineering.Project feasibility: process description, plant layout, overall time‑schedule, procurement strategy, financial plan.Project preparation phase: investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing and procurement.Project realization phase: project management; detailed engineering, construction management.Closing Phase: Commissioning Management, start‑up and ramp‑up coordination, performance testing, handover to operations.Role OverviewThe Project Engineer is responsible for delivering high‑quality services to the client within the defined budget and schedule, taking ownership of industrial projects across all phases.ResponsibilitiesPlanning, coordinating and controlling project activities including scope, cost, schedule, documentation and reporting.Construction and site coordination, supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with quality, safety and planning requirements.Commissioning and start‑up management, including planning and coordination with vendors and contractors, ramp‑up support and handover.Multidisciplinary coordination in fast‑paced industrial project environments.Technical oversight covering process engineering scope, utilities and civil works.QualificationsExperience with mid‑to‑large‑scale industrial projects (€1M–€10M+).Industrial engineering specialization with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience on industrial projects.Fluency in English and Spanish; French or German is an asset.PC‑literate with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and AutoCAD.Global mindset, focus on results, challenging, pragmatic.Benefits & Additional InformationPermanent contract.Specialized in‑house training to support career development.Top clients and innovative projects.Open office layout for collaboration and creative thinking.Excellence, innovation, sustainability are core values.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, colour, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
