For more information, visit Description We\'re looking for a proactive and curious individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for digital media, and a keen eye for new technologies. You\'ll be a key player in ensuring our marketing efforts are not only effective but also cohesive and innovative across all our Business Units. Responsibilities Leader: Lead NPAW brand marketing awareness. Coordinate & Align: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all marketing activities across different Business Units and product lines are consistent and strategically aligned. Craft the Narrative: Develop compelling messages and dynamic sales enablement materials for all products in the NPAW suite, ensuring they reflect the latest market trends and technological advancements. Amplify the Brand: Plan and execute activities to boost brand awareness and industry buzz. Drive Growth: Proactively identify and contribute to strategies for capturing new market opportunities to increase revenue. Innovate & Implement: Identify and explore new tools and innovative approaches to marketing and branding. You will be instrumental in helping us move beyond standard practices. Leverage Technology: Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions, and actively champion the adoption of AI and automation tools to boost efficiency and scale our marketing capabilities. Requirements Experience & Passion: Relevant experience in product marketing, content creation, or management, with a focus on digital media. Passion for the digital ecosystem is essential. Industry Knowledge: Naturally curious, staying updated with trends and technology. SaaS and streaming knowledge are valued. Storytelling: Skilled in creating engaging narratives and content strategies. Interest in AI for content enhancement. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with a proactive approach to finding opportunities and implementing solutions in dynamic environments. Global Mindset: Comfortable with diverse products and audiences internationally, ensuring project coherence. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. Languages: Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Spanish.
