As part of our international Sales Department, you'll play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Acquisition of new clients: Find potential clients and offer them tailored solutions. Identify sales opportunities: Keep an eye out for chances to grow and expand our business. Cross‑selling and upselling: Offer additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue. LinkedIn networking: Connect with industry contacts to promote Europe Language Jobs. Goal analysis and strategy: Work with the team to analyze goals and plan strategies. Outbound Calls: Follow up on client inquiries and offer advice on using our services. Client Advising: Guide clients on how to use Europe Language Jobs effectively. Requirements Languages: Proficiency level of English + Any other EU language Experience: Proven sales experience in an online context Skills: You are proactive, eager to learn and highly motivated. You have previous relevant experience in sales, you are not afraid to pick up the phone. You are a friendly and positive team player and willing to work in an international environment. You want to develop a career in sales. You are able to identify customer needs and have excellent listening and communication skills.
