Maintain the cleanliness and order of reception furniture and facilities. Handle telephone calls from guests and external callers. Change foreign currency. Coordinate with kitchen and dining areas. Provide guests with information and address complaints. Qualifications Education: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en Hostelería y Turismo. Experience: minimum of 1 year in a similar position. Languages: high level English, second language desirable. Knowledge of office software and reservation programs will be valued. Adaptability, teamwork, customer orientation, communication skills, problem solving.
