En Algoritcom Games buscamos un Senior Front-End Mobile para liderar el front-end de Collectibol , nuestra app de coleccionables digitales deportivos con ambición global. Este rol tiene un foco principal en front-end : UI, UX, performance, animaciones y experiencia de usuario . No obstante, trabajará estrechamente con el equipo de backend , por lo que valoramos positivamente que el perfil tenga nociones backend y visión full-stack , aunque el core del rol será liderar y elevar el front mobile en iOS y Android . Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones móviles multiplataforma (iOS y Android) con React Native (Expo) . Optimizar el rendimiento y la usabilidad , asegurando una experiencia de usuario de primer nivel . Integrar APIs, servicios en tiempo real y notificaciones push desde el front. Colaborar de forma directa con el equipo de backend para definir contratos, flujos de datos y escalabilidad. Identificar y resolver retos técnicos complejos , especialmente relacionados con UI, estado y performance . Aportar ideas innovadoras para nuevas funcionalidades y mejoras de producto. Asignar tareas especificas al equipo de Front-End. Experiencia sólida en React Native y Expo en aplicaciones reales en producción. Experiencia integrando APIs REST y trabajando con bases de datos móviles (SQLite, Realm, Firebase, etc.). Publicación y mantenimiento de apps en App Store y Google Play . Conocimientos en control de versiones (Git) . Experiencia con Three.js y React Three Fiber . Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma . Mentalidad creativa, resolutiva y orientada a producto . Nociones de backend que permitan colaborar eficazmente con el resto del equipo técnico. Se valorará muy positivamente Experiencia en 3D y gráficos interactivos . Conocimientos en cloud (AWS, Firebase, Supabase). DevOps móvil (CI/CD con EAS, Fastlane). Arquitecturas escalables (Clean Architecture, SOLID). Integraciones en tiempo real con WebSockets. Animaciones avanzadas (Reanimated, Lottie). GLSL y shaders para gráficos avanzados. Proyecto ambicioso , con producto ya lanzado y fuerte potencial de crecimiento. Rol clave de liderazgo técnico , con impacto directo en el producto. Autonomía técnica real y capacidad de decisión.
