Linum Consult’s client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in the construction of large commercial and industrial facilities for international blue‑chip clients. They are currently seeking a Country Manager from an EPC turnkey construction background to oversee their Data Centre division across Europe, based in Madrid.RESPONSIBILITIESEnsuring the performance, design development, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through to project completionCollaborating closely with multidisciplinary international teams, managing the technical and commercial elements, and playing a pivotal role in maintaining and growing client relationshipsDirecting and coordinating design activities, including optimising technical solutions, controlling project milestones, and supporting technical excellenceActing as the main point of contact for clients, leading change management, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project life cycleLeading cross‑functional international design and project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between all stakeholdersPartnering with local project teams during the execution phases, maintaining alignment between design intent and construction deliveryPROFILEMaster’s degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Urbanism, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a similar fieldAt least 10 years’ experience within the EPC turnkey construction industry, with a history of working on highly‑technical large data centre projectsStrong background of overseeing EPC activitiesExposure to M&E project management would be advantageousStrong leadership and communication skillsFluent in spoken and written Spanish and EnglishA history of working for either main contractors or engineering consultancies, with an established network of contacts within Spain to help develop the businessThe right to live and work in the EU and travel frequently within Europe#J-18808-Ljbffr
