Sobre el puesto: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid está buscando un/a Sommelier para unirse a nuestro equipo. Buscamos un/a profesional que comparta nuestra pasión por el servicio excepcional y que transmita entusiasmo y dedicación en todo lo que hace. Funciones: Asesorar a los huéspedes en la selección de vinos y supervisar el servicio diario de vinos. Ser responsable de la selección y consolidación de la carta de vinos, asegurando el cumplimiento del presupuesto y del coste de bebidas, las preferencias de los huéspedes y el concepto del restaurante. Impartir formaciones semanales al personal sobre conocimiento de producto, y trabajar estrechamente con el/la Director/a del restaurante y el Chef en el desarrollo de productos. Ser responsable de los inventarios semanales y mensuales de vinos en todos los puntos de venta de F&B. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia y el conocimiento de la cocina y los vinos españoles. Asistir a los camareros en el servicio de vinos. Comprobar la satisfacción de los huéspedes durante el servicio. Mantener contacto con el almacén de vinos para asegurar la disponibilidad y correcta rotación de los productos.
