Galtea is seeking a highly experienced, product-driven Staff Full Stack Engineer to drive the technical vision and development of our innovative platform. This is a senior, hands‑on Individual Contributor (IC) role for someone who thrives on building a robust, scalable, and user‑centric commercial product from the ground up. We work with leading companies to make AI products measurable, trustworthy, and ready for production.We are seeking expert, high‑impact individuals to join us in defining the future of AI quality and tackling the complex technical challenges ahead.ResponsibilitiesChief technical owner of Galtea’s core AI services; take ownership of application architecture, evangelize software development and DevOps best practices, and guide the team by example.Lead the hands‑on design, development, and deployment of scalable, modular architectures, including microservices and event‑driven patterns; ensure seamless integration and performance.Masterfully build and maintain backend services (Node.js, NestJS) and intuitive frontend experiences (React, Vue.js, or other modern frameworks).Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks; champion best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability.Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural design sessions.Build and manage robust CI/CD pipelines, own the deployment process, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, Helm).Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and ensure data privacy, application security, and regulatory compliance where required.Collaborate with product managers and designers (in Figma, etc.) to find user‑centric solutions across product, data, and frontend stack.Qualifications8+ years of professional experience in a hands‑on, full‑stack capacity, with a proven track record of shipping complex, high‑quality products from conception to launch.Demonstrable experience mentoring junior and mid‑level engineers; strong communication skills.Deep expertise in designing and implementing scalable, modular architectures (microservices, event‑driven, etc.).Mastery of Node.js (or equivalent) and TypeScript.Strong command of a modern frontend framework (React, Vue.js, etc.).Proven experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, understanding trade‑offs and deciding when to use each.Experience with advanced DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and secure cloud deployments.Fluency in written and spoken English.Fluency in written and spoken Spanish (preferred).Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.BenefitsFlexible work environment: Hybrid or fully remote options tailored to your lifestyle.Generous paid time off: 23+ vacation days per year, plus additional holidays.A learning and development budget for courses, certifications, and conferences.Growth & performance: Clear growth pathways with regular performance reviews and opportunities for salary increases based on meeting or exceeding targets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
