At Hays, we are looking for a Procurement Transformation, Digital & Data Project Manager for a leading company in the automotive sector based in Madrid.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of the current digital landscape in procurement, identifying capabilities and gaps.Design and implement digital roadmaps focused on AI, automation, and advanced analytics.Facilitate data-driven workshops to uncover opportunities and co-create innovative solutions.Implement digital tools to enhance procurement performance, supply chain resilience, and cost-effectiveness.Monitor emerging technologies and trends in digital procurement and supply chain management.Present strategic insights and data-driven recommendations in internal and external forums.Mentor and upskill team members in digital and data analytics capabilities.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across procurement teams.RequirementsExperience in the automotive sector is mandatory.Proven track record in digital transformation within procurement and project management.Strong knowledge of data analytics, AI, and automation applied to procurement .Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English (international environment).
