We are opening a new role as Client Relationship Manager - Life Science to form an integral part of the continued rapid growth of Cognizant’s Spanish Sales team, expanding our global service portfolio from Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing services for large accounts in Spain. The role will involve daily exposure to our clients in the Iberia Region and will be reporting into our Life Science Client Partner. Role is located in Barcelona and offers hybrid work model , with some occasional travels (Spain, Portugal & Italy) Overview Client Relationship Managers are key contributors to commercial side of Cognizant IT and Consulting Business. CRM will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. They act as business owners for assigned accounts, leading the day-to-day activities and P&L of these accounts. The CRM works with delivery teams to enhance backlog, optimizing the resource mix and navigating scope changes to ensure client expectations are met. They work towards establishing a positive client experience by conducting client meetings. A CRM's shared measures are margin, revenue, client satisfaction & employee retention.
