Buscamos un perfil técnico con experiencia en gestión integral de espacios comerciales y proyectos de obra.Aumente sus posibilidades de llegar a la fase de entrevista leyendo la descripción completa del puesto y enviando su solicitud sin demora.Sobre el rolLa persona seleccionada será responsable del mantenimiento, la gestión de obras y la apertura de tiendas, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes y estándares de marca.Responsabilidades principales:Mantenimiento de espacios físicosGestión del mantenimiento integral de tiendas:aires acondicionados, ECA, sistemas contra incendios, persianas, iluminación, inundaciones, etc.Búsqueda, coordinación y control de proveedores de mantenimiento en todas las tiendas.Planificación y gestión de proyectosDefinir el calendario de obra desde la fase inicial hasta la apertura.Estimar tiempos, costes y recursos necesarios.Coordinar arquitectos, ingenierías, constructores e industriales.Presupuestos y control de costesElaborar presupuestos por tienda.Negociar con proveedores e industriales.Controlar desviaciones y optimizar costes.Gestión técnica y legalSupervisar planos, permisos y licencias municipales.Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente(seguridad, incendios, accesibilidad, etc.).Supervisión de obrasRealizar visitas frecuentes a obra (disponibilidad para viajar).Resolver incidencias técnicas.Validar certificaciones y avances de obra.Coordinación internaTrabajo transversal con equipos de diseño de tiendas, marketing, visual merchandising, área managers, operaciones y finanzas.Asegurar el cumplimiento del manual de marca y estándares comerciales.Entrega y aperturaCoordinar limpieza, merchandising y apertura comercial.Realizar checklist de entrega y seguimiento post-apertura.Requisitos (H/M/D)Formación enArquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería o similar .Mínimo 5 años de experienciagestionando obras en entorno retail.Conocimiento sólido de normativa técnica y licencias locales.Alta capacidad de liderazgo, organización y gestión multitarea. xsgfvud Disponibilidad para viajar .Dominio deExcel, AutoCAD y Project(o herramientas similares).
