Freight Exchange ) ABOUT THE ROLE As a Marketing RevOps Data Analyst, you will be a key technical enabler within the organisation, responsible for all data that powers prospecting, funnel progression, and pipeline growth. This is a new role within the Marketing team, created to build and evolve Alpega's data architecture, ensuring we use clean, unified, actionable data that drives revenue impact. Why This Role Matters This is a newly created, strategic role that will directly influence how Alpega understands, activates, and grows its market. By improving our data architecture (across HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI systems), you will: Build the foundations of the One Growth Engine Enable cleaner data, better attribution, and stronger funnel insights Improve automation and reduce manual work across teams Directly impact pipeline creation and revenue acceleration in 2026 and beyond Shape how Marketing & Sales collaborate through data You won't just manage data, you'll architect how we grow. Your mission:  Build the analytical backbone that will support our One Growth Engine, aligning Marketing & Sales systems, improving data quality, enabling automation, and strengthening decision-making across the business.  Key responsibilities include: Data Governance & Quality: Audit and cleanse CRM data, enforce naming conventions, manage enrichment tools, and ensure GDPR compliance. Data Integration & Harmonisation: Align HubSpot and Salesforce data structures, maintain sync rules, troubleshoot errors, and support sandbox testing. Reporting & Analytics: Build centralised dashboards, automate QBR visuals, and provide clean datasets for BI tools like Tableau or Looker Studio. Campaign Support: Create segmented lists, standardise UTMs, and analyse multi-touch attribution. Process Optimisation: Identify automation opportunities, document workflows, and train users on data best practices. WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, or Data Analytics (ideally SaaS) Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, and intermediate SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with data governance, GDPR, and compliance Deep understanding of marketing & sales funnels, data modelling, and KPI structures Strong technical proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce  KPIs / SUCCESS INDICATORS   Reduction of duplicate/mismatched CRM records Faster, more reliable HubSpot Salesforce data sync Improved accuracy of dashboards, QBR packages, and pipeline reports Increased stakeholder confidence in data quality and reporting Adoption of unified dashboards across Growth, Sales, Events, and leadership WHAT WE OFFER  Hybrid work model with flexibility (Barcelona / Sant Cugat) Permanent contract Opportunity to shape a brand-new function within the Marketing organisation A front-row seat in transforming our data architecture and GTM engine Exposure to international teams and cross-functional collaboration Learn more about  About us | Alpega Our commitment to you The Alpega Group has 500 collaborators with over 40 nationalities, based in our different locations.
