You’ll be part of a multicultural, passionate, and collaborative team where innovation and ownership truly matter Your Role As a Backend Engineer within the Cross-Connectors squad, you’ll play a key role in developing and scaling the company’s core platform. Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, secure APIs Developing robust backend services in Python (Go is a strong plus ) Collaborating with Product and DevOps teams to turn business needs into technical solutions Ensuring the platform’s scalability, performance, and security 2–5 years of experience in backend development ~ Strong expertise in Python (Go experience highly valued) ~ Good knowledge of SQL + ORM (SQLAlchemy) ~ Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, etc.) ~ Strong engineering culture: clean code, testing, CI/CD, agile mindset Experience with banking APIs / open banking (PSD2) Knowledge of Go, AI, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, or application security
