Area Sales Manager for technical B2B products (m/f/d) Our client, a leading company in the plastics industry, is known for innovative, tailor‐made solutions and the use of state‑of‑the‑art technologies. The dedicated team emphasises sustainability and environmental awareness, while creative collaboration and customer focus form the basis of the company’s success. We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager Southern Europe (m/f/d) Italy/Spain/Portugal to fill a permanent position. You work from home, preferably in Catalonia. The successful candidate will have several years of experience in technical sales and B2B technical consulting for products requiring explanation (OEM and trade). Are you a dynamic and intrinsically motivated individual who thinks strategically and enjoys sales? Do you enjoy expanding and developing the existing customer base through intensive acquisition, strategic approaches and structured market development? Then we look forward to receiving your application Responsibilities Technical B2B sales of products requiring explanation in the Italian, Spanish and Portuguese markets. Look after existing customers, provide them with technical advice and further develop relationships. Clear focus on structured new customer acquisition to leverage the remaining large market potential. Compile and evaluate market and competition information and work closely with the internal sales team, who will assist you in preparing quotations. Document your successes in the modern CRM system and report directly to the sales manager. Qualifications Completed technical or commercial training or a comparable qualification. Several years of proven professional experience in sales in the automotive, mechanical engineering and plant construction sectors. High level of technical and commercial understanding. Dynamic and intrinsically motivated, able to act strategically, in a structured manner, and enjoy sales. Excellent communication skills, independent working style, negotiating skills and willingness to travel within the sales area. Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office, as well as fluent language skills in Spanish, Italian and English. Benefits Permanent position in a future‑oriented, globally active company.
