Indirect Strategic Procurement Lead – Global Aviation Technology Business - Barcelona We’re partnering with aleading aviation technology businessthat’s transforming how the world’s airports and airlines operate. As part of their continued growth, we’re looking for an experiencedIndirect Strategic Procurement Leadto shape and deliver the global procurement strategy across key categories – including Professional Services, FM, Consultancy, Marketing, HR, Legal and Travel. This is a senior, high-impact role where you’ll set direction, challenge market norms, and deliver measurable commercial value. You’ll play a pivotal role in how the business engages its global supply base — balancing innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainability to support future growth. What you’ll be doing :Develop and lead a global Indirect Procurement strategy, driving value, efficiency and innovation. Manage and mentor a small team while building a centre of excellence for Indirect Procurement. Champion category management and support the roll‑out of Ivalua and other digital tools. Partner with senior stakeholders to influence key buying decisions and deliver transformation. Negotiate strategic supplier relationships and global frameworks across multiple categories. Explore new commercial models and sourcing approaches that deliver real business impact. What we’re looking for :10+ years’ experience leading indirect procurement in a global environment. Deep expertise across FM, Marketing, Professional Services, Consultancy, HR, Legal and Travel. Proven leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Commercially minded, innovative, and confident challenging traditional ways of working. Degree or MCIPS qualification preferred.
