Nuestro cliente es una gran empresa multinacional industrial con presencia global y múltiples plantas productivas en el sur de Europa. Buscamos para sus oficinas ubicadas en la zona de Madrid: Health & Safety Manager South Europe Buscamos un/a H&S Manager para la región Sur de Europa, que reportará al Manager de EMEA. Serás responsable de garantizar la implantación eficaz del sistema de gestión de H&S, el cumplimiento normativo y la alineación con los estándares corporativos, impulsando la mejora continua en todas las plantas de la región. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES: Coordinar la implementación y realizar el seguimiento del Plan de Gestión de Health & Safety regional. Desarrollar los sistemas de S&S de la empresa. Monitorización de las estrategias de salud y seguridad de acuerdo con los cambios legislativos. Dar soporte a los gerentes a implementar nuevas iniciativas de H&S. Investigación y análisis de accidentes. Coordinación del calendario de auditorías H&S, seguimiento de acciones y reporte a la Dirección de Operaciones. Revisar las solicitudes de acciones de auditoría y determinar tendencias. Participación en comités de seguridad y salud. Análisis de indicadores, tendencias e impulso de procesos de mejora continua en materia de Health & Safety. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS: Titulación superior universitaria y Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Experiencia previa en un rol similar, en gestión multisite y dentro de entornos industriales. Capacidad para liderar técnicamente, influir en equipos operativos y trabajar de forma transversal. Disponibilidad para viajar de forma habitual entre plantas (carnet de conducir). Imprescindible inglés fluido, a nivel negociación.
