It Project Manager

Our approach focuses on humanizing and streamlining recruitment processes , with the goal of transforming organizations through the integration of top digital talent. We are currently working with a European-origin industrial multinational. The senior IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a portfolio of IT projects that support the company's business and strategic objectives. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while aligning with the organization's governance frameworks and transformation goals. Acts as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable project plans and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Portfolio & Project Management Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of multiple IT(software) projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic priorities. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery and budget adherence. Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. Apply and promote consistent project management methodologies, tools, and reporting standards. Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to ensure project objectives meet business needs. Act as a key point of contact for project-related communication and issue resolution. Proactively engage in business partnering, acting as a trusted advisor to business divisions and supporting the identification, prioritization, and management of IT demands to maximize value delivery. Demand Management Lead the demand management process by capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing business requirements, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and resource availability. Facilitate transparent decision-making on project selection and resource allocation. Vendor & Financial Management Support vendor selection, contract management, and performance tracking for project-related services. Assist in project budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking. Drive efficiency in project delivery and resource allocation. Champion continuous improvement and simplification across project processes and tools. Mentor junior project managers or team members as needed. Champion continuous improvement and simplification across the IT landscape, including consolidation of tools and platforms. Drive efficiency across IT operations, including resource allocation, vendor management, and performance tracking. A minimum of five years of experience of team management and leadership responsibilities in IT and business/industry. Experienced with Methods and Methodologies of Projects, OpsModels, Financial Management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent experience . Professional level of English (C1) Experienced in ServiceNow or similar Why join this project?
