At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Senior PMO / Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale project within our financial partner in Madrid. Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports. Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on project meetings (agendas, minutes, action points). Apply and ensure adherence to project management standards (Prince2, PMI, IPMA). Manage project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and provide user support and training. Support quality assurance processes, including reviews, gate checks, and lessons-learned sessions. Prepare and maintain project status reports for steering committees and senior management. Manage KPIs, dashboards, RAG indicators, and milestone trend analyses. Coordinate with other projects or PMOs to align dependencies, resources, and deliverables. 7+ years as Senior PMO in structured corporate environments, working with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe). ~ German – Business level ~ English – Business level ~ Spanish – plus Since 2015, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).
