Direct message the job poster from AgnesCole Consulting Overview The SAP PEO Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Production Engineering and Operations (PEO) for complex manufacturing environments. This role works closely with engineering, production, and IT stakeholders to translate business and shop‑floor requirements into robust PEO solutions that integrate with PP, QM, MES and PLM. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end SAP PEO solution design, configuration, testing and deployment. Run workshops and gather requirements with engineering and manufacturing process owners. Ensure seamless integration of PEO with core S/4HANA modules and surrounding systems. Provide functional leadership to project teams and support cutover and go‑live activities. Act as the primary point of contact for PEO issues, enhancements and continuous improvement. Skills & Experience Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing for Production Engineering and Operations (PEO). Background in SAP PP/PP‑DS and manufacturing / shop‑floor processes. Proven track record leading SAP implementation or rollout projects. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
